Date of Arrival.
Upon arrival at the Entebbe Airport, meet the company guide and transfer you to Cassia Lodge for your overnight stay. Meal plan: B/B
Day 1 : Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Murchison Falls National Park.
Our safari guide will pick early morning and drive north-west through the famous Luwero triangle with lots of green vegetation and marvelous stretching
plains along Nakasongola. We can have a tour of the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Have lunch at Kabalega Diners and then continue to Kikyumbanyombo gate of Murchison Falls National Park. Drive past Budongo Forest to the top of the falls for a spectacular view of the thunderous water falls formed by the River Nile forcing itself through an 8 meter gorge. Have lunch and then continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Diner and overnight. Meal plan: F/B – breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. Overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.
Day 2 ; Game Drive & Boat Cruise
You will be picked by our tour guide after an early morning breakfast. Go for a game drive within the park. Expect to see the big four animals including Buffalo, lion and
Elephant leopard. You may also spot interesting wildlife including the giraffe, antelopes, a variety of antelopes and a good number of bird species. Return to the lodge after the early morning game drive and relax till lunch. In the afternoon, you will go for the cruise up the Nile. Here you will get a chance to see water animals like the Nile crocodiles, Hippos, water birds and a number of land animals that come to take a drink along the Nile River banks. Diner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge
Day3: Drive to Fort Portal
After breakfast, we shall hit the road and drive respectively through the lowest point of Uganda ; the Albertine Rift. This region lies at an altitude below 1000M above sea level and there are areas with beautiful escapement view. We shall have a stopover at Hoima for lunch. Lunch will be at Hoima Kontiki Cottages. After lunch continue with a long day drive to Fortportal. The journey takes us through the rolling tea plantations and great areas of natural beauty. Finally we shall check in at Fort Motel in Fortportal.
Day 4 : Day Transfer to Bwindi
Take a cup of coffee in the morning and prepare for drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in South Western Uganda. We will travel past Queen Elizabeth National Park with a chance to view tree climbing lions in along the Ishasa sector. Upon reaching Bwindi, relax at the lodge to prepare for the next day gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi. Overnight at Bwindi Trekkers Lodge.
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Have breakfast, and then proceed to the starting point of the gorilla trekking for the briefing about how the activity is to be conducted in the jungles. You’re always advised to go gorilla trekking with your packed lunch given that you can’t estimate for the exact time to spend amidst the jungle. After the briefing, enter the sanctuary to search for the mountain gorillas. Upon meeting the gorillas you have up to 1 full hour to follow the great apes and take their photographs.Please note that you are advised to keep a 7 meter distance from the gorillas. After a successful trekking we shall drive direct to Lake Bunyonyi, a beautiful area nicknamed the Switzerland of Africa. Relax and take a breeze on shores of the Lake. Overnight at Acadia Cottages
Day 6: Lake Bunyonyi – Kampala
Have breakfast at Lake Bunyonyi. Start on a return trip to Kampala with en-route lunch at the Flamingo Restaurant at the Equator. Take photos at the Equator and then drive to Kampala. Upon reaching Kampala, relax and reseve energy for the next day adventurous white water rafting in Jinja. Overnight at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.
Day 7: Kampala – Jinja for the source of the Nile.
After an early breakfast, start on the drive to Jinja the adventure capital of Uganda and well known industrial town for the pearl of Africa, on arrival we shall have lunch and the go straight for to the longest river to embrace the source of the Nile.
Day 8: White water Rafting.
Have breakfast and then head for briefing point for rafting, enjoy the adventurous activity for a full day with detailed instructions and guidance from the instructor, do the paddling to bit up the interesting rapids before you can flip, the activity is accompanied by a rescue team with a kayaks every where following different boats in case of any failures from rafters.
Day 9 : Zip Lining and Bungee jumping.
Prepare for breakfast early in the morning and drive to Mabira forest for a super sky way, it is such and adventure that usually starts with magnificent preparations from the instructors who conducts the activity of the sky drive with heights high as 120ft. Enjoy a the five zip line network that stretches for over 250 meters above river Musamya.
After the adventure canopy drive we shall drive straight for lunch and prepare for bungee jumping on the Nile.
Day 10 : Jinja to Entebbe.
Enjoy a cup of coffee with a heavy break fast and get ready for a drive back to Kampala and this will be the end of the adventurous safari.
